Review of client for google translate::Does Internet Marketing Work for a Bearings Manufacturer ...

There               are               so               many               unique               features               that               are               not               described               in               a               book               covering               the               topic;               from               the               ability               to               save               it               as               a               PDF               or               that               Microsoft               Word               is               running               as               the               back-end               word               processor               when               writing               an               email               in               Outlook.

Some               of               the               more               delightful               features               include               the               ability               to               publish               a               Word               Document               as               a               web               page,               inserting               hyperlinks,               translating               words               into               different               languages,               inserting               symbols               and               changing               document               properties               all               the               way               to               setting               permissions               or               protecting               a               document               form               anyone               doing               anything               but               read               it.

Let               me               make               it               easier               by               concentrating               on               languages               and               permissions.
I               frequently               communicate               with               people               from               all               over               the               world               and               while               web-based               translation               tools               are               offered               by               Google               or               AltaVista,               those               are               extra               steps               (go               to               site,               enter               text,               copy               paste,               fix               format,               etc.)               and               not               necessary               when               writing               in               MS               Word.

When               I               write               a               word               in               German               (or               English               for               that               matter)               and               need               it               translated               into               a               particular               language,               I               just               highlight               it               (left               click               mouse               and               drag               over               the               word,               highlighting               it),               click               on               TOOLS               on               the               top               bar               (the               menu),               go               to               LANGUAGES               and               then               click               on               TRANSLATE.

This               opens               up               a               TASK               PANE               on               the               right               with               the               word               already               filled               in               (in               SEARCH               FOR)               and               will               give               me               the               option               to               translate               into               the               language               I               need.
               Another               one               is               permissions.

There               are               multiple               ways               to               assure               my               documents               reflect               that               they               are               mine,               and               although               this               option               may               be               utilized               for               private               purposes               (protect               poems,               etc.),               it               is               more               obvious               in               its               daily               use,               as               seen               when               dealing               with               clients               or               sending               emails               within               the               corporate               setting.
1.)               I               like               to               make               sure               all               my               information               is               reflected               in               the               properties               of               the               document               I               created.

As               such               I               click               on               the               top               bar               (the               menu),               find               PROPERTIES,               click               the               tabs               and               enter               what               I               belief               relevant.
2.)               A               very               secure               "do               not               touch               my               document"               method               is               the               Information               Right               Management               (IRM)               function               within               MSWORD.

After               I               created               my               document,               I               would               select               FILE               on               the               top               bar               (the               menu),               expand               it               to               see               my               whole               drop               down               menu               via               those               little               arrows               in               a               small               circle               at               the               bottom               of               the               drop               down               menu,               go               to               PERMISSIONS               and               choose               which               one               I               desire.

By               utilizing               the               Information               Right               Management               (IRM)               function,               I               can               eliminate               others               from               forwarding,               editing               or               copying               my               documents.
3.)               Let               us               say               I               cannot               do               #2               (using               Kinkos               or               another               person's               computer),               I               can               go               click               on               TOOLS               on               the               top               bar               (the               menu),               go               to               my               drop               down               choice               to               PROTECT               DOCUMENT               and               after               the               TASK               PANE               popped               up,               I               can               select               the               option               I               wish               to               use.

Again,               this               will               help               me               to               protect               the               document               from               unauthorized               usage               or               for               the               document               being               handled               as               not               intended               by               me.
Although               the               protect               functions               are               cool,               it               is               imperative               to               realize               that               once               a               document               has               set               permissions,               it               cannot               be               modified               by               someone               else               (even               at               a               later               time).

That               would               require               for               you               to               remove               permissions               (easily               done,               follow               the               same               steps)               but               you               would               have               to               resent               the               now               permissible               document.

This               sucks               when               you               play               with               said               functions,               forget               to               set               it               to               unrestricted               and               send               it               to               a               client               who               needs               to               print               it               or               make               notes               on               it.
From               a               business               perceptive,               the               tools               in               MS               Word               (for               translations)               are               not               great               and               it               would               behoove               a               company               that               needs               to               use               frequent               translations               to               invest               in               actual               translation               software;               copy               and               paste               can               than               be               utilized               to               send               a               Word               Document.

In               other               words,               MS               Word's               translation               ability               would               not               meet               the               accuracy               requirements               of               a               business               attempting               to               communicate               with               a               German               business               entity.
